Sent Freda message about getting an area rug cleaned. He responded immediately. He was in the area and came by within 20 minutes. He could've easily taken advantage of me and said that he could clean the rug with no problem but he was honest and told me that it would cost more than what the rug with work and not to do it. I appreciate his honesty. I will use him in the very near future.
