Not surprised by what all these people are saying. They charged my wife $396 dollars and replaced a part that was not the problem. They could not fix the issue at the time because they needed a part but told my wife that the angel stops under the sink were cheap and needed to be replaced or she can't turn the water back on in the house. I was out of town and she had them do the work she had no water on in the house on a Saturday evening so she said ok. Truth is there was nothing wrong with the angle stops and worked fine all they had to do was use them to shut the water off at the sink. When I called them to complain when I got back was I told they are a large company and have a lot of overhead that is why they have to charge what they do. There guy did 1 hour of work and replaced two $7 parts. Total rip off!!!
