I took my dogs to get groomed for years and every time I was satisfied up until some idiot groomer there completely ignored simple instructions. I have one dog who has a mohawk growing and I never have anyone cut it. I have them color it and spike it up but one particular time a groomer cut it extremely low and when I picked him up she had the nerve to get an attitude after i was unsatisfied. She argued with me then went into back room and slammed the door in front of my mother and I. Complete rudeness and unprofessional business. I always specify what to do and not to do more than once no matter how many times they have cut my dogs hair so it was their mistake. Instead of owning up to it and taking care of a good customer I was treated as if my money wasn't needed. My pups will never go back there so their lost!
