Completely a tourist trap. Not as cool as other tourist traps because it is quiet fake. But still cool. There are some fun sites along the way, overly priced good restaurants, and decadence galore. Can't go wrong with that, huh?
This is my second time here and the first time was much more magical. My reco's: Cirque du Soleil, Luke's Lobster, take the SDX and Deuce for transportation, buy bandaids and liquor at Walgreen's for your hotel, Fat Tuesday's for a cool-off drink on the street (Peach Bellinni with two shots of Vodka), Mon Ami Gabi as you watch the Bellagio Fountain and all other meals off the strip in Chinatown. Otherwise, it's a complete rip-off. I haven't yet found a hotel that l I would recommend to stay at and I've been to three, but next time I am trying Hilton's Grand Vacations studio suite with kitchenette. Most hotels don't have a kitchenette, but if you want to come to Vegas and not spend a fortune on good food, then get a kitchenette and save your leftovers because the food is really good here. (I happen to love left overs, but Vegas does't support them.)
I come here for the food. In case you hadn't noticed. My husband is hot, so I don't need the other offerings in Vegas. And I hate gambling, but the food is worth coming here for .
