Warning: Ashleyhomestore sold us a twin bed frame that is 2" larger than the foundation. When I complained they sent a tech who said all items meet specs. They offered a swap but beds they offered they would not offer a guarantee that any bed would be any different. I objected and asked if they could get me measurements to determine it another frame would be better for foundation purchased from Ashleyhomestore. Last time I talked to #ashleycustomersupport I should be dealing with the store and that I knew what I was purchasing. Even though the store did not have a floor model or detailed measurements. I'm not sure what I'll do as of yet but I want to warn people and get them to realize that I made a purchase with them in good faith and they broke the trust.Please call store at 480-222-4663 and give them your opinion.
