Dunno what happened to the Palm... the New York location was great, the Orlando location was great, but the Vegas location in the Forum Shops is really hit-or-miss. This last visit was a miss. Waitress, for some unknown reason, made us feel guilty for not ordering more food or beverages..."you're in the desert, and you 're not having anything other than water to drink"? Answer: No...and how many times do we need to say it? Then we ordered our food, including main courses, and she says "That's it?". Holy smokes - did no one give this employee the handbook in customer service? Anyways - Monday night salad excellent, three cheese potatoes excellent, steak was sadly only average, way off the normal excellence of the Palm. Big sigh...not saying I won't be back but this was one of our biggest disappointments on our Vegas trip. Recommend DB Brasserie instead at the Venetian.
