Extremely disappointed with our experience especially after researching and reading all reviews. We recently moved to the area and unfortunately had to leave our pediatric dentist that we have had for 12 years, was really hoping to find another great one but this definitely was not it. Office staff was very friendly (although they did have my children's names wrong) the hygienists were horrible, they did not great my children, did not talk to them during the cleaning or ease their mind about anything, they were very cold and not well groomed. Then the dentist came in, not friendly did not introduce herself to my children, did not great them and could not remember from one brief moment to the next their names. Then she proceeded to make multiple mistakes when reading off the teeth saying #10, no #11 actually #30..... to top it all off we were quoted above and beyond insurance $1450 for services needed oh and little tidbits, they did not offer any flavors of toothpaste (kids were bummed) and the fluoride burnt my children's mouth! We have had fluoride many times and it has NEVER burnt! I would not recommend this dentist!
