Claims to be a professional - but is far from it. He moved my mother's lawn last year and it was fine. (He took over someones account). My mother called him @March 2014 to let him know she still wanted his services. And then April/May came along.
Mom called every week for the last 4 weeks - my mom was so patient with him. Grass was getting very high. Every time a PROMISE to come, combined with an EXCUSE of why he hadn't'. But when my brother called he told him he wasn't going to mow gave more excuses and hung up. He couldn't tell a elderly women this months ago! The grass became at least 18in high - and difficult for us to mow.
Someone needs to explain to him what it means to be a professional.
