Recently tried to rent a place from this company who processed our app and money while they knew they had an approved applicant. We were subsequently denied and told their other applicant came through. Took our money and left us with nothing. Scoring component is garbage too. On top of this when I tried to discuss this with Heidi she felt it was "unprofessional" as I was asking questions on why she processed our application knowing she had an approved candidate. We are out $130 and a home
