Looking for some GOOD soul food. Saw this sign, Ezekiels. So, took my family in. Lips smacking, eyes popping, drool dripping. I was ready to tear some dam chicken Up!! Got the chicken breast, and some of the sides. The only thing I liked, was the corn bread! None of us like the chicken AT All! So, we took it home. NO flavor, wasn't crispy, greens were plain, sweet potatoes mech, Talapia, nasty. I'm trying to NOT be so negative. It just wasn't GOOD. 3mos later, After they've been open a few months. Decided, maybe I wasn't fair. And maybe it just wasn't a good day, that first time. SO, gave them 1 more chance....got the chicken meal. Chicken breast, tasted like it had just come out of the freezer And HADN'T thawed all the way before they fried it. It was tough, NOT crispy. It did NOT taste good. Told my fam, that I had picked it up for dinner. They asked me why? You don't like us? I said, come on. Let's give it another chance. They went to McDonald's. The chicken is still in the kitchen.
