I could not be more impressed with All Creatures Animal Clinic. We were recommended to take our Bluetick Hound to All Creatures from our neighbor and I will be forever grateful for the recommendation.
All Creatures Animal Clinic has superior customer service. The front office, vet techs, and the vet we met with, Dr. Ingram, were professional and kind. You can tell they truly care about animals and are not in the business of suggesting additional services to make more money.
We went to All Creatures for a cyst removal and the days prior to our dog's surgery the office communicated reminders through email and phone, which I appreciated. They even addressed a last minute minor injury the morning of surgery. When our dog was out of surgery Dr. Ingram called me himself and talked with me about the procedure, follow-up care, as well as the minor injury from the morning.
I am so happy to have found a vet that honors a pet owners commitment to simply loving their pet and keeping them healthy. All Creatures does not practice adding additional procedures, fees, and unnecessary treatments. They are honest and go above and beyond to take care of their patients and their owners.
