Robert and Doreen are professionals who love, love, love vintage! I had a lovely couture dress that was not being used and I realized, it was time. I was happy to find Fashion by Robert Black. Not only did I feel good about my decision, I found a dress that I can wear for somewhat dressy occasions, which I have. I'm a fan of what this place is all about!
