Don't pay for your room when you check in, if they have a credit card on file it doesn't matter if you pay them cash and leave a cash deposit the still put a hold on your card I paid 775$ for 3 nights on vacation to take my kids to a baseball game. Took my 775$ and put a hold on my card for 700$ so that is held until I check out good thing I'm not strapped for cash cause I would be screwed and Matoko and Delaney at the front desk could give a rats ass less. And they said they shouldn't have took my payment until check out, but they did. And it's not right because some people budget and that may have messed there vacation up! Thanks Marriott Pittsburgh you should be real proud of your staff here!
