Pros: - Exceptional phone/email service - Informed/experienced plumbing techs Cons: - Estimates are not free, ~57 with tax. Check out other plumbing companies (ie Lampert Plumbing, DrainWorks) first before paying almost $60 for someone to be there for 10 minutes. TheBestPlumbingCo waives their fee if you go with them after the estimate, not sure about Priority Plumbing. - Suuuuuuuuper expensive. I got a quote of almost $2500 and the guy specifically told me that the parts are cheap and that I was paying for the labour. So obviously they have a very high hourly rate relative to others in the area (hopefully this translates to higher salaries for the office staff/techs because their professionalism is why I gave the 2 stars in the first place). - Since this was apparently a more extensive job than I thought, I got other quotes. The highest of all the others was ~$1500. For the same scope of work. I'm sure if I contracted them to do the work, they would've done a good job. However, at the end of the day, money does matter so I would recommend you shop around (at least for bigger jobs). And definitely read reviews because if I had read the older ones about their prices, I would've saved myself $57.
