Does the Property Manager even work onsite, I've never seen her or been able to talk to her. The communication in the Leasing Office is a joke with them to their residents and to their Maintenance team. Maintenance does do a good job, when they're told to do something but they rarely get a work order because the Leasing Office doesn't submit requests in a timely fashion. There's no initiative to walk the property; There is poop everywhere along with trash. The pool is never open and the furniture is always a wreck. The gym always needs wipes.
There was a squatter living in a storage unit for weeks while stealing from residents patios and nobody noticed for weeks! Finally I let Maintenance know and they didn't know how to handle the situation - I advised they call the cops.. Novel idea, I know.
You would think that with the amount of rent they charge they would consider a little more finesse.
