REALLY it's zero stars for the most obnoxious, snarky, and rude dry cleaners I will never return to. If you want to put up with nasty, go right ahead and pay this cleaners all you want in return for bad laundering, foul smelling dry cleaning and ruined designer clothes. If you dare, even kindly complain, you will be reprimanded, condescended to and perhaps hung up on. Just because there's a drive thru doesn't make this a dry cleaners worthwhile to patronize. I don't care if I have to walk through frozen tundra to get to a different dry cleaners...I WILL!!!
