Sweet call... Can you do 10am? No, but I can do 10:30... Great... We'll send a tech between 10:30 and 11:30 Fast forward to the day.... 3 hours past time and 2 phone calls and STILL WAITING. Small businesses... Please take a note... Do what you say you will do. Be on time or at least keep people informed when you're running late. Update... Tech got here... Finally... And was awesome... Knew his stuff... Diagnosed the problem... And out the door in less than 5 minutes... More people like that and you got somthing. Maybe you're a billion dollar corporation and don't need the business... But nobody... I mean nobody likes to be kept waiting. Oh hey... Its 4 hours now... Neat...
