Dalton was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The issue I had was at the cashier line. I waited and when I got up to cashier she did not have my paperwork. Another service tech had a customer who was in a hurry so moved me out of the way so his customer could be taken care of because they were in a hurry. I may have not been in a rush but my time is valuable as well and I had the joy of waiting in line twice! When Dalton brought the paperwork he pulled me out of line and took care of me. His actions are why I gave a five star rating!
Just bought a new Prius for my wife. Bruce the sales associate was great. He took my wife on multiple test drives and handled the paper work quickly and efficiently. I beat him up on the pricing and finally made a compromise. He bought us lunch and the rest of the process went great. The Finance Manager, Michael, was professional and friendly. It was an awesome experience.
