My absolute favorite place to eat in Las Vegas! I always make sure to stop in for a meal or two regardless of where I am staying on the strip. The meatballs, caprese, and Penne Vodka are my absolute favs. The Veal Parm is good, although massive. Seafood salad has all kinds of seafood in it. They also have an extensive wine list with an onsite Sommelier.
This place also works for date night, business meetings, or just a dinner or drink solo. The staff is top notch and friendly. The kitchen is also partially open so you can see your meal being prepared if you are sitting at the bar.
Rao's doesn't feel like you are in Vegas but when you go to Vegas make sure you stop in for dinner ( I don't think they do lunch service anymore).
