Called my home warranty AHS for my broken a/c. CMI came out the next day to fix my a/c. The tech meet my wife at our house, and claimed to fix the problem. I came home from work 30 minutes later to feel the air blowing at room temp. I gave it another 30 minutes, and it actually got hotter in my house. I tried to call to get someone back out, but of course it went to voicemail. After trying back a number of times I was put on hold. I sat on hold for a few minutes, and then the phone disconnect. I had to try back another handful of times before getting an actual person on the phone. I was basically told too bad you will have to wait until tomorrow to get someone back out. After arguing on the phone with the lady she hung up on me. The tech called me back, but said he can't come back tonight. When I asked why he wouldn't stand by his work and come back, what do you know he hung up on me as well. I had another company come out, and they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong in a matter of 5 minutes. ****NEVER USE THIS COMPANY****
