I first heard of this gem while living in So Cal. A barista there was giving me the scoop on Charlotte coffee when he found out I was moving...and Hex pop ups were at the top of his recommendation list. Being a mom of a toddler - I never organized myself to make it - but now with the espresso bar I'll be making the drive from North Charlotte more and more! I drive for lattes...and the Hex latte I had this week has continued to dance in my coffee dreams! Creamy, smooth, espresso perfection. I dare to say it was one of the best lattes I've ever had - anywhere!!! I'm generally a latte purest - no sugar or flavor - but their seasonal squash latte has struck my curiosity enough to challenge me to break my pattern - or maybe I'll just double up on lattes! One regular and one squash - Win win!! See you soon!
