Let me begin with the statement that Dr. Tang is a wonderful doctor. That being said it is a shame that I give her only one star due to her staff and the attitude that they give her patients. In today's world we sadly deal more with a doctors staff we do than the actual doctor. When sick or (heavens forbid) are in need of a refill on sensitive medication, the last thing anyone should be made to feel is humiliated or patronized by someone who makes appointments on an excel sheet. No longer does a doctors actual bedside manor matter as much as the doctors staff. This is not a one time occurrence but sadly it will be the last. I have put up with the snotty tone of voice and the belittling attitudes by people who have NOTHING to do with my care for long enough. Sorry Dr. Tang I love you but the women behind your window make me sick to my stomach.
