My son needs a referral we saw Dr Rovit there sometimes in May, we were told that he would be reffred and wait for a phone call from the office, I last talked to them May 26 , I called today July 13 to find out about the refferal firtst I did talk to a guy in the referral dept he has no idea at all si I asked to talked to the head of refferal I did talked to Alexa and Odessa both rude on the phone all I need to know is the Dr's name to which we are reffered , anyway if we are experiencing this that I am capable of defending my self from their rudeness I feel bad for the older patients they deal with, I know for a fact they serve a lot of seniors and patients who have special needs , they need not be nice but just to be polite in answering questions , rude rude rude people out there
