I could have sworn the name of this store was "Electric Revival." It would still make sense. This is a shop jam-packed with antique lamps and lighting. There are chandeliers, table lamps, pendant lamps, wall sconces some industrial pieces as well. Usually I feel quite uncomfortable in lighting stores, but the layout is quite inviting and comfortable. There are good mix of antique styles here, but I got an art deco vibe from a lot of the pieces. Not a heck of a lot I was personally interested in, but I could definitely see this as a spot to get inspiration or learn more about lighting options. The owner seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I shall return for a vintage exit lamp or a truck load of Edison bulbs (for my time-travelling steampunk friends). Obligatory Title Pun: An ILLUMINATING experience. Menu Readability: Arnold Boecklin. I don't approve, but I suppose it fits their theme. Need to mention: They sell Edison bulbs here. $15. What this place teaches me about myself: I will rue the day when all lighting is fluorescent.
