I come here during my lunch hour sometimes (since it's right next door to my office building), order a latté and read from my Kobo. Good atmosphere, though I wouldn't say this is an ideal spot for studying. I've never had an issue finding a table mostly because it caters to all the offices around the area so people mostly go in, grab their drink and get out.
I will admit though that their music is a tad bit on the loud side (at least too loud for my liking). Nice owner, they'll try to remember your name and usual order if you frequent the location enough times.
