I have never had a bad experience in an Apple store until today. The guy checking in Genius bar people is a complete D-I-C-K (around 3:30 today). I was sent over to him from a sales rep working at the headphones area. As I had my son with me and I was watching him play on the kids iPad near the Genius dude I stood off to the side (three feet from him). I enjoyed my turn and let three people in line go...during this time five more people got in line. When it was my "turn" I looked at the person in "line" and he motioned for me to go. The genius dude told me to go to the back of the line and wouldn't help me. Mind you there is no official line or sign or where people should stand between roped areas...maybe this dude was having a bad day? Put his ass in the back stock area not on your front lines Apple.
