I only barely got in the front door in my search for someone to make glasses from a prescription when a sales person (not the receptionist) came up and said "we only have one machine working today and one person and we can't do glasses in one day". This was even poorer customer service then I received at the LensCrafters in the same mall - I would never recommend this store to anyone - I don't want to judge the entire chain by this one experience but I can tell you that either customer service isn't their focus or this person flunked the class.
