HORRIBLE customer service??? went in with my two gay male friends who were kinda loud saying we had been drinking ( so I know they knew we were there) They even looked at us but DIDN'T GREET US..... I saw a pair of shoes I liked so picked them up and kept browsing waiting for someone to come get my size it NEVER happened I just put it down and walked out walking past the SA and said thank you for HELPING us I APPRECIATE it he just stared at me ..... Won't be returning ....... Don't judge that's how you lose money I'll stick to palazzo or keep going to my friends at saks and neiman sooooo much better service
