This nail salon is not customer friendly. I went in with my best friend looking to get manicures, I got gel and she got regular polish. The lady started my nails, but left my friend hanging out at a table for 15 minutes before having someone else start her. No word or anything to assure her there would be help on the way. I told her from the beginning I wanted a design, where I wanted it, and so on. Spiderwebs. (For halloween) and she said ok and we moved on. She pulled out these nail transfer things and laid them on my nails so unevenly, enough for me to ask if they could be fixed. She nodded and then proceeded to finish my nails with a top coat and tell me I was on my way. When I asked again for it to be fixed (3rd or 4th time asking) she nodded, looked at my nails and proceeded to do NOTHING about them. My friend's nails you can see through! The color was not thick at all. After her rushed manicure, the technician then started doing her OWN nails instead. Both employees were on their phones periodically during the session. Not impressed as these were a celebration of my birthday. THEY ALSO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL, it seems.
