After you pay they tell you; ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!!!!!!! They gave me a delivery date, miss that date then told me the table needed to be ordered, after I paid. Absolutely NO customer service, tried to call the distribution center for an hour of just redialing then I finally talked to someone. They promised to call me back and never did. Got a delivery date, was told my furniture was on the truck, I waited from 8 am- 7 pm and they never showed up. ORDER ONLINE, Amazon & Walmart stand behind what they sell and offer great return policies. I will never buy from this company again and will warn other!
