Absolutely disgusting!
We ordered online and got a great price but then we got there.
We had planned to stay Fri-Mon but then added Thurs to our trip, so we ended up having two reservations numbers. The desk told us we would have to check out after the thursday and move rooms. I said no that was ridiculous we were already here.
They give us room keys to the first room, arrived at the door and there was a big pile of dirt on the carpet in front of the room door, so gross. We walk in and see two double beds (not queens). We call down to the desk and say we had requested 1 bed, after they argued with us they said to come back down. We head back to the desk and after more arguing they manage to find us a one bedroom king room. The room was terrible, there were no fitted linens on the bed only a flat sheet which came off everytime you moved. There were three awkward pillows and a bathroom that had someone else's hair all over it.
First night we were woken up by our next door neighbours having sex at 3 am, on the weekend we were woken up by loud banging, howling and screaming--apparently this hotel caters to drunken idiots no wonder they don't upgrade anything.
Overall, great location and I liked the hardwood/laminate flooring rather than disgusting carpet. Those are the only pluses. Otherwise the list of negatives were so many to count. All I can say is bring a sleeping bag and your own pillow.
