We called this company around the 5th of January to come out and take alook at our roof, which leaked during a recent rainstorm. They scheduled someone to come out and provide an estimate for Friday the 12th, between 9am - 12noon. At 1pm, I got a call from them asking to reschedule as their employees were sick with the flu. We rescheduled for today, Friday the 19th to come out between 9am - 12 noon. It is now noon and I've not received any phone calls from them, to let me know what to expect. My roof still needs repair and I've waited patiently, without any contact from this roofer. I made arrangements with my employer so that I could be here to get the estimate and get my roof fixed, when I should be working. With a no call and no show, what am I left to do? Very unprofessional!
