I've done all three rooms at this place: Diamond Heist, Zombie Apocalypse and Claustrophobia at Trapped! and had am excellent time. Staff here are wonderful and very helpful. My favourite room is Diamond Heist: great, logical clues and super fun!
Here are my comments for all three rooms:
Realistic Scenario? YES! Players are shown videos of the scenario prior to the game. These videos are well produced and really help to set the mood and tone.
Layout/Design of the Rooms: A lot was invested into making the rooms realistic and believable. I felt immersed in each scenario. Diamond Heist and Claustrophobia were VERY WELL DONE in terms of design.
Helpfulness of Staff: Super is all i can say.
Try this place out. It is worth the money and you and your group are kept entertained throughout each mission.
