I requested a quote for a simple travertine and paver install. Received a reply that the owner wanted to pass on the job because "they don't install over existing concrete". This was not the request and both Cindy and John didn't take the time to actually review the request or ask clarifying questions. Don't waste your time trying to get a quote from this company. Unprofessional and unwilling to take on jobs unless it fits exactly what they want, not what the customer wants.
