The 2 doctors I've seen there are very good. But there are some issues I'm going to register here with their operations process: 1- My second exam was with a foot specialist and when booking the appointment they said that my x-rays taken during the 1st visit would be faxed over from the other, original office. They weren't. The staff mentioned to me that "they never fax over x-rays from that office" -- Obviously a wasteful way to run a medical office. No wonder our insurance rates just go up. 2- Bill pay online is from the 1990's. There is no way to create a profile and have it recall even your address /phone number etc. This is basic stuff that most of us need to minimize the time spend doing these seriously retarded forms (mine even rejected that pay amount because no $.00 were entered) 3- Brad Bruns went out of his way to get me a long list of referral -- I spend half a day calling each one only to find out that not one would accept my insurance. You guys ned a database. 4- I eventually found a foot specialist (dr. Morris) that would accept my plan right at another canyon ortho branch. What?? Hard for me to understand how they could miss referring me to a specialist right in the same group. My hunch is there is little communication between the branches. TOO BAD -- ortho could be a truly GREAT resource, but they're crippled by low-tech.
