Purchased the Hand Wax With VIP upgrade to try this out for the first time. Car looked great afterwards and I tipped accordingly. I later noticed to bottom on my right side doors were neither cleaned nor waxed. Called to ask if they could do what I paid for originally (and waited an hour for) and he simply said no, all he could offer was a free car wash. They do not care about customers one bit. Will gladly pay twice as much to get the job done right.
