Went for an easy repair several months ago and felt lost in their system. Billing was processed wrong and had to be straightedge out by them later over the phone. This morning my wife went in for a recall only to be told they didn't have whatever they needed to do the repair. This place just doesn't understand what service is. Think when we replace our Fords we'll go to a different brand
