I frequent this theater as it is close to my house, quiet, and the seats are amazing. I consider this theater to be a hidden gem as it is tucked away in the back of the shopping center. Today I experienced my first issue getting some points added to my regal crown club card. I don't usually fill out survey's, but because I was upset at the lack of customer service and I had time I took the survey. To my pleasant surprise I had an apology email and points added to my card before my movie had finished. (I did not check my email until after the movie) Thank you Troy for your prompt response to my complaint, and the extra points. Customer service goes a long way, and I will be happy to continue recommending your theater to my friends.
