This review concerns my experience with trying to order a part. When I went online to get some info, they suggested I just text for better service. However, all I kept getting were messages saying thank you, have a nice day and someone will be in touch. Well, no one ever did get in touch, so I sent a follow up text. Nothing. I called the parts department, they took my name and email and again, nothing. I could easily order this online but it would cost more to ship so I'm trying to buy local, but it doesn't seem to working for me.
