Front desk people lied to my face on the phone about their pool being open, when in fact it had been closed for weeks. They suckered us in, then next day we are standing in our swimsuits locked out of the pool area. Salon workers nearby broke the news to us, it had been closed for weeks.
So here is the truth...
HIGH WINDS mean this pool is never open in the off season. But they will tell you it is. They lied again while we checked in, sure the pool is open.
We came to relax in their year round heated pool. These thieves stole our money. We would have stayed elsewhere. Disgusting tactics used by greedy liars.
