Sure Guard had great service up front, changing the layout of my pool fence. However, they recommended and implemented a design that leaves the gate vulnerable for children to easily climb up over the gate into the pool area. They were not responsive at all when we called to ask them to come fix the problem. Six months in, the new fencing they installed is beginning to rust. I was very impressed with them at first, but they installed a fence that is dangerous for children and were not responsive when asked to fix it.
