The Asst. GM, Amanda Matthews, could use a lesson in customer service. I had issues cancelling the reservation on the app 4 days prior to my stay. Ms. Matthews never spoke directly to me but was brazen in her approach to state that there would be no refund. I am a frequent guest at Marriotts but FOREWARNING - this isn't really a Marriott. It's a licensee and they do NOT adhere to the quality and customer service that I've grown accustomed to with the real properties. Lack of courtesy or professionalism.
