My home warranty sent this company out. They have comer out several times in January to fix the heart pump and the technicians could not get anything right. They wore the sand off the shingles around the a.c. unit did not fix the issue the first time. After the third visit and calling the home warranty company to complain about them they finally got it fixed, so we thought. I am now sitting in a hot house not wanting to cal them to come out and fix whay they said was covered for a year.
The home warranty company sent out another company and they wouldn't touch it because it was a mess.
