We purchased a timeshare through here and we have had nothing but harassing phone calls, letters and emails since our very first payment. I have paid every month like clockwork through my bank's billpay and every month, they tell me it is late and twice now they say our payment hasn't been received. I had to get a copy of my checks from my bank and submitted them to their collection agency. I think it is terrible customer service! I can understand if my payment is late but not once has it been. I wish we never purchased this timeshare!
