It has been awhile since I saw a movie at Marcus Point Cinema. I've been a regular movie goer at other spots in town. I was disappointed in my experience. I was given a choice of seats and selected one in the handicapped row. The ticket seller did not deem it important to disclose this fact. Then, when I entered the theater, I discovered that my seat had been removed; I'm guessing to make room for a wheelchair at a previous showing. So I had to grab an alternative seat and wait to see if I got the boot. A lady came in after me and was similarly without a chair. Another reason for this low score is that they didn't see fit to start any of the previews until close to 15 minutes after the scheduled movie time. There were many people around me asking if there was a problem and looking around to see if there was any sign of activity to get things started. All-in-all, a very poor showing by the Marcus staff.
