I visited Dr. Chase's office because he was on my insurance and I was having dental pain. After looking at my x-rays, Dr. Chase diagnosed me as having TMJ problems rather than cavities. Mind you, I have had tinnitus (persistent ringing) in my right ear for 5 years. Dr. Chase made me a mouth guard to put my jaw in a correct position. For the first few nights after I received it, I would wake up each morning feeling like someone had massaged the side of my face. My jaw muscles had been so chronically stressed that I had forgotten what normal feels like. The ringing, while it hasn't completely stopped, has gone down considerably. Some days it disappears so I'm hoping it continues to improve. My mouthguard is legitimately one of my favorite things in the world. Thank you so much Dr. Chase and Brittany!!
