I am surprised at the negative reviews. We chose this place for location and price. I was a little weary because the price was low and it is a no frills place. It is a small place with about 20 plus rooms and is one story. It was nice to not hear noisy people above us. The office was immaculate and smelled fresh. No problems checking in. The room was surprisingly very quiet and comfortable. It was clean and looked like it had been recently updated. I found the ice machine had no ice and the lady in the office gave me ice out of her freezer. I would definitely stay here again.
