I highly recommend this place and, like the other yelper, believe it's been unfairly ranked. The staff couldn't be nicer. Housekeeping was immaculate. I loved the mattress and bedding. The a/c worked a charm, even though it was close to 100 outside. We never heard a sound from above or next door. The location is much nicer, safer, and quieter than anything near airport or Crocker Park, yet both are only minutes away. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cleveland's northwest side. I found it a bit pricey and there's no breakfast: that's all that kept it from five stars.
