Found a pre owned Ford f-150 that I was interested in online. Emailed the internet sales team around noon and received replies from two different sales people saying the vehicle was still in stock. At 1:30 p.m I wrote them back saying I was coming to look at the vehicle. Drove over an hour away to find out the car had been sold that morning! The two internet sales people wouldn't even come out of their office to apologize to me and did nothing to rectify the situation. They weren't apologetic and it seemed like situation that didn't surprise them. Then, the assistant manager had the balls to try and show me Nissan Frontiers. Not even in the same class. This company is a joke!!!!
