We were given this company's name, as a referral from or pool maint. Not blaming him, but what a disconnect.
If you don't want to spend tens of thousands $$$$$ (min), they get rude.........The salesman was VERY condescending and started degrading our property right in front of us!! I even said out loud..........Wow!
He told us our 14k gallon pool renovation (Pebbletech, New Tile, rebuild waterfall from hot tub) would be $20-$25k Min. We have like 3 quotes for around $9-11k.
(BTW - Ken (sales) needs salesmanship classes and people skills - and not degrade people's projects.)
I am a commercial construction estimator and project manager for 30 years. I know a bit. Don't waste your time like we did.
